Mole and Wart Removal

Moles are pigmented skin cells and can occur in almost any part of the body. They can be well defined or irregular, flat or raised and black, brown or skin colored. Moles have a tendency of becoming malignant, hence need close attention. If they change shape, size or color, or start to itch, they need to be seen by a doctor immediately.

Moles may be removed for cosmetic or medical reasons. Small and surface moles can easily be removed with laser. Bigger or deeper ones may need surgical excision. The excised specimen is sent for pathology examination to rule out any cases of skin cancer.

Warts are small, painless growths on the skin which are generally harmless. They are a kind of skin infection hence can be recurrent as they have the potential to spread to other parts of the body and also sometimes from person to person. This makes them discomforting and worrisome.

Warts can be removed with laser. Itis a simple, effective and painless method to get rid of warts once and for all.
